Reni D’souza is a distinguished social worker and leader who has a rich experience of two decades as the Chief executive Officer of PADI. With a masters in Social Work and a background of journalism, street theatre, and education. Reni has dedicated his career to empowering marginalized communities. His extensive experience spans over three decades including roles at KROSS and PADI, where he has spearheaded initiatives to combat child labour, promote education, supporting vulnerable population, supporting children who needed care and protection, fought against child abuse, etc.
Reni’s leadership and expertise has earned his numerous accolades, including the Distinguished Social Worker Award (2005) and the Best CWC Recognition Award (2008). He continues to serve various committees and forums, driving positive change and advocating for the rights of children and marginalized groups.
He was a Member of State Level CHILDLINE Advisory Board and Director, Colab CHILDLINE Makkala Masothsva.
