Savitha works at PADI as an Assistant Programme Implementation Coordinator. She holds Masters in Social Work along with the specialization in HR. She has a good experience of more than 4 years in grass root level initiatives of PADI. She has expertise in coordinating child-friendly Panchayaths, enhancing education quality in government schools and leading project activities. She has skills in conducting sessions on RTE, SDMC roles and relevant topics for communities, SDMCs and children.

She is proficient in computer applications, Tally, and DTP. In addition, carries a rich previous experience in public Awareness Centre, billing and reporting section in a medical lab, data entry operator in Taluk hospital and Unity Hospital, Taluk Coordinator at KHPT, and ASER Survey/ health survey/ master trainer. Totally 8 year of work experience in the field of education, child rights, and SDMC, school and panchayat, health and Data entry operator.
