Mamatha Rai works as a Field Coordinator in PADI. She holds an academic background in Sociology. Moreover, she is a dedicated and experienced social worker with over six years of expertise in grassroots level community development. She had developed her career with Child Fund India, Leena Multi-Specialty Hospital, Public Awareness Centre, ASER Survey, and Karnataka Health Promotion Test, etc.

As a field Coordinator at PADI, she has demonstrated various set of skills in project management, community engagement, and child rights advocacy, handling ERC, and child friendly schools, collaboration with panchayat, etc. In addition, she participated in numerous conferences and training sessions including, Child Protection policy, Parenting skills, Psychological Support to Children, etc. Mamatha rai is an asset in driving positive social change, particularly in the areas of child rights, education, and community development, and is committed to fostering child-friendly environments and promoting quality education in government schools.
