He excelled in storytelling, scriptwriting, and filmmaking, with four Kannada screenplays to his credit. He holds a Guinness World Record for continuous group singing and has a strong background in photography, videography, and sports, with experience as an assistant director for four Kannada movies showcasing his leadership skills, crisis management abilities, and commitment to task completion. 

As the Programme Implementation Coordinator in PADI, he serves a vital role of being a link between management and programme teams, providing essential support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities to ensure successful program delivery.
