Sunitha works as Programme Data Operator in PADI. She is an accomplished social worker who carries a rich experience of long two decades in various domains such as community engagement, programme management and child rights. She has expertise in counselling, awareness programs, project preparation, data recording, and community engagement. In addition, she is skilled in computer knowledge, photography, videography, and documentation. She has exemplified history of successful project implementation and community engagement.

She has dedicated her career to empowering marginalized groups, particularly children and women. Moreover, she has a strong understanding of child rights, protection system and has collaborated with government departments, NGOs, and community organizations to advance these causes. Throughout her career, she has attended numerous training programs and conferences, including state-level workshops on POCSO, RTE, and child protection policy, and has worked extensively on projects related to child rights, education, and community development. Totally work experience is 23 year in the field of education, children ,women and community. Since 11 year experience in PADI organization.
