Mr. Viveka has been serving in PADI for last six years with his efficiency and skills in community engagement, mobilization, and project management. He holds a Masters in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development, Mr. Viveka has worked on diverse themes including education, health, environmental education, and combating human trafficking.

He is skilled in audio-visual aids, graphic design, and website editing, and has attended various conferences and training programs, including the state- level Children Parliament, national Food Security Act Training, and symposium on Human trafficking. Mr. Viveka is an active is an active member of the Balakarmika Yojana Salaha Samithi and serves on the Karnataka child rights Observatory Board, demonstrating his commitment to social causes and community development.
